"The Anderson group hands down were the soldiers we needed to get us exactly what we wanted. And quickly! We gained a relationship over a year before we made the move across country and did it really pay off. Ryan found us our DREAM house that checked all the boxes within a week and a half! He made quick and powerful decisions in the bidding process that I would have never thought of as a first time buyer. Buying a home is the most stressful thing but that team held my hand when we needed it and told us how it was when we were questioning anything. Knowledge and experience is the key here. I can honestly say they found us a better home than we thought and we wouldn't have got it if it wasn't for Ryan. Anytime I had a question Kat, the expert, responded immediately and knew exactly what to do or who to ask which is so necessary in this crazy process that is real estate ownership. "Had a great experience as a first time home buyer with the Anderson Group! I closed on my new house 4 days ago and am so excited to have my own home! Ryan and team were there for me every step of the way and I'm very grateful to them for making this as easy and low-stress as possible for me.Ryan was always willing to show me houses, and made the entire process very smooth, without any pressure. He really took the time to help me find a house that was best for me, with recommendations and advice throughout whenever I needed it!There was one night where I was submitting an offer and signing papers that were sent to me at 1A.M. My point, is there was always someone available to answer questions and give advice regardless of the time. Cat was amazing in reassuring me when I was nervous or unsure of things, and was a calming presence when I needed it most!Lacy was very professional & made sure all deadlines were met, and was quick and responsive with any questions I had regarding the transaction side of things. She made sure I received disclosures, inspection reports, and documents as soon as they were available, and was always upbeat and kind. "I listed my home FSBO and got a bit flooded with calls (most of them probably scammers) offering to list my home, but luckily I felt good about the call from Ryan Anderson's group. I decided to let them list it, and am SO GLAD I did because they were absolutely amazing.They weren't kidding when they say there's a whole team of people to take care of their clients. Their sweet Care Coordinator, Catherine, texted me all the time with updates and answers to any questions I had.I felt nervous when my home inspection came back and several types of contractors were needed (HVAC, plumbing), because I live in a different city and didn't know any contractors. Ryan was incredible...he reached out to the contractors he knows, scheduled them, which left me with zero work or stress in that area.I live 8 hours away from the home I was selling, so expected it to be difficult, but The Anderson Group made it so smooth and easy; I can't say enough good things about them!"

"Ryan Anderson was outstanding. We met him 6 months ahead of the purchase of our home at an open house when we were visiting the Denver area ahead of our relocation. Ryan stayed in touch with us as our relocation timeline drew nearer, even when our move wasn't 100% happening yet. He was really great about educating us about the area and explaining some of the unique differences of owning and maintaining a home in CO.
